FLAT RATE TERMS AND CONTAINER ORDERING TIPS

Flat rate pricing includes your:

• Delivery fee

• Pickup fee

• Landfill fees ( for up to 5 tons for the 10cu yd Handican and 15 tons for all other size boxes.)  Most of our flat rate customers do not exceed these tonnages, but please be aware that a per ton fee will be assessed for any boxes which do exceed these amounts. 

• Container service fees for up to 15 days. ( A nominal fee does apply for boxes kept over 15 days. )

Ordering/Loading tips:

• If you have questions about the weight or type of material that will be going into your container, please discuss this with our customer service department prior to ordering. 

• If you know when you will need your box picked up, please let us know when ordering and we can go ahead and schedule that for you.

• When loading your container,  be aware that materials should not  be loaded above the marked line on your container.  We must be able to cover the load with a tarp and transport the box without items falling off and causing a hazard on the highway.
