What size dumpster do I need?
Sizes run 10, 15, 20, and 30 yard. A 10-yard suits garage cleanouts and yard clean-ups; 15-yard handles small home or office renovations and medium roofing; 20-yard covers larger renovations, siding and deck removals, and new home construction; 30-yard is for lot clearing and larger projects. If you’re between two sizes, call and describe the job — we’ll tell you what we’d bring.

How much space do I need for delivery?
The container has to go on a wide-open, drivable surface. If access is tight, describe it when you call and we’ll tell you honestly whether it will work before we send a truck.
What does the price include?
The flat rate covers 10 days of container use, one delivery and one pickup, and disposal of up to 6 tons of acceptable waste — 3 tons on the 10- and 15-yard Handi-can containers. Your final price depends on the container size and how many days you keep it, so tell us your dates when you call and we’ll quote the full number before anything gets delivered. Each empty and return starts a new charge, so if you need the box swapped mid-project rather than picked up, ask us to price that separately.
What if the container is overloaded?
All material has to sit at or below the fill line so the container can be tarped and hauled safely, and total weight can’t exceed South Carolina legal limits. If a container comes in overloaded we may have to refuse the haul, and a return trip fee applies. Concrete is the usual culprit — it hits the weight limit long before the box looks full, so fill no more than halfway if you’re loading it.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Ten days of container use are included in your quoted flat rate. You need to call us for pickup when you’re done — if we don’t hear from you, extra use days may be billed. If you know up front that the project will run longer, tell us when you book and we’ll work it into the quote.
What can't go in the container?
Where should the container be placed?
It needs to go on a wide-open, drivable surface. Pascon isn’t responsible for damage to driving surfaces or to subsurface utilities such as septic tanks, and if the truck becomes stuck, tow fees and any resulting damage are the customer’s responsibility. If you have any doubt about your driveway or what’s buried under it, call and describe the site before delivery — that’s a much easier conversation beforehand.
Can I have the container compacted?
Only by our compaction truck, and only when you request that service. If a third party compacts a Pascon container, you’re liable for any resulting damage — so call us rather than bringing in outside equipment.
